PWINSIDER Q&A: MANU, KAREN ANGLE, SCOTT HALL AND MORE

Is it just me or does Manu(er) stick out like a sore thumb with Cody, Randy, and Ted Jr.? He isn't all that skilled as a wrestlers (from what we have seen so far), can't handle the mic very well, and doesn't look all that impressive (basically he is fat, not muscle, just fat). I believe he is holding Cody back by being linked with him. Was he brought up to early? Do you think he has an upside we have not seen yet, or is it time to flush Manu(er)?

I think Manu does have an upside, but until WWE puts him in the ring regularly, I don't think the audience will see it.  Like you said, he physically isn't the specimen that others are, so if you don't get to see him work in the ring, you would be hard pressed to think there is anything special about him.

What's the latest on former TNA Knockout Karen Angle? Would WWE be interested in her in your opinion if she used her maiden name instead of Angle?

I do not see WWE ever having any interest in her.  She is available for independent events and conventions for autograph appearances.

The move that The Undertaker (Mark Calloway) is famous for, walking along the top rope, was also used by a wrestler named The Spoiler (the late Don Jardine). Is that where he got the idea from? Was he (Undertaker) ever a protege of The Spoiler? 

I believe Undertaker picked up the move by being a fan of the Spoiler.  He was not trained by him.

What's the latest on the possibility of Scott Hall returning to TNA?

I've heard no plans for Hall to return to TNA, but as long as Kevin Nash is there, I would say there is a possibility.

In the Big Show/Undertaker casket match, the first casket was broken so a second one was used. Didn't they have a similar thing with a dumpster match and the New Age Outlaws versus Mankind/Terry Funk where the results deemed invalid for that very reason?

Yes, in the dumpster match, the decision was reversed for using "the wrong dumpster".  However, in the casket match, the original was deemed unusable, so a second one was brought out.  And yes, I feel silly just typing that.
