I was watching Wrestlemania 6 the other day and noticed that they used the entrance cart to bring the wresters down the aisle to the ring. I was thinking back and they did the same for Wrestlemania 3. In the Andre The Giant Biography on A&E they have him showcase and riding down the aisle. I was just wonder at both of these events, did they use these carts due to Andre The Giant's health condition?
Yes, by the end of his career Andre was in a lot of pain and having him walk those kind of distances was just out of the question. It's a shame that the condition that led to him becoming a household name, Acromegaly, also led to his early death.
I have heard so many negative things about Hulk Hogan, Ultimate Warrior, Iron Sheik and Randy Savage and when people mention Tito Santana, they say he is a class act inside and outside the ring. Is this true that Tito Santana is this well respected in the WWF/E and Pro Wrestling overall?
I am under the impression that he is a class act. I have never heard anything negative about the guy that I can remember.
Out of the two, who do you think is the better wrestler London or Kendrick? It would be a very hard choice considering their similar styles and ways of selling.
I think that both are good workers and have a lot of ability in the ring. Since part of being a wrestler is personality and how a guy shows that in the ring, I will go with Brian Kendrick since he has a little more flair to him than Paul London does. That is partially why Kendrick is getting a big push now while London is lost in the shuffle.
How did Evolution come about? Was it HHH's or Vince's idea?
I don't know for sure who came up with the idea but both men were definitely behind it. The idea was to put an established set of veterans in Ric Flair and HHH with Randy Orton and Batista as a way of elevating the new guys on camera and have them learn from the pros off of it. I like the concept because it's a good way for young (or in Batista's case new) guys to learn how to be top guys. Sure, Orton has had his problems off camera, but he could have had more if he didn't have veterans showing him the way.
Do you think we will ever see a Matt Hardy vs. Jeff Hardy feud?
I think it's possible down the road but to me, I don't do that one until the guys have lost all of their steam. That is the kind of angle that could rejuvenate a sagging career so it's not needed right now. With as popular as both men are now, I wouldn't do it any time soon.
