It's been a few years since Kane was unmasked. Don't you think its time WWE let him grow the front 1/2 of his scalp & eyebrows in? I don't think it will take away from his gimmick & the fans probably won't even notice. I mean, how can he stand walking around in public like that - it looks ridiculous.
I think that is the point, to look freaky. I don't have any problem with them having Kane look that way. I honestly never gave the matter any thought. If that is how they want the character to look that is fine by me.
What is the deal with them repeating the same storylines over and over so soon. I mean John Cena & HBK were leading up to a match and they made them tag champs. John Cena & Batista are leading up to a match and they made them tag champs. Mark Henry and Matt Hardy are leading up to a match and they had them team and beat the champs. Do they think we don't see the theme...and will tire of it?
I wish I could answer this one because I feel the same way you do. All I can assume is that they are devoid of any new ideas so they keep doing the same ones over and over again because they know them. I think that kind of lazy creative is the main reason that the ratings have been inching southward of late. You would think that management would figure this out since it's pretty obvious but for whatever reason they can't seem to do so.
My question is regarding Stone Cold Steve Austin still being listed as a RAW Superstar...I know he signed a movie deal and is rarely used in an enhancement role...Why is he still listed on WWE.COM as a RAW Superstar???
He is listed there to add credibility to the roster. Sure, he very well may never wrestle again, but he's under contract so WWE uses his likeness to add luster to the roster. It may be false advertising but this is a company that billed God as appearing on a PPV so what do you expect?
Here's a question the makes me think. If for some reason Kurt Angle quits TNA do you see him kissing Vince's a** to be in the HOF or any other deal? If he does it would make Kurt look like a total a** since he's been bashing Vince every chance he gets.
I am not sure what Kurt would do. He's a pretty unpredictable guy. But if he were to go back to WWE for any reason, he would indeed look like a big time hypocrite.
Does Mick Foley want to wrestle again? I ask that because there would be no other reason for him to leave besides that. He said "This move frees me up to participate in more film, television and voice roles, autograph sessions, speaking engagements, volunteer work, and will allow me the time to start work on a third novel, a fourth wrestling memoir and a new children's story. What? Just tell the truth you want to wrestle again and the WWE didn't really care for you to wrestle, and there right. If you are interested in doing more films and work on a book who would you have the best opportunity to do that with and promote that with? WWE. I really don't understand.
Working one day a week for WWE, he certainly could have done all of the writing that he wanted to if he stayed there. It's not like he has an overly busy work schedule. I think it came down to the fact that he didn't like announcing and hated having Vince screaming in his ear. I do think he wants to wrestle, or be involved with matches, again and I think he will do so for TNA. I also think there is some ego in play here as well. If he worked in WWE, he would be a mid-card guy. If he works in TNA, he will get the star treatment. Also, you need to remember that he almost signed with TNA in 2005. It was only when he called Vince McMahon to tell him about it did Vince offer him a lot more money to come back to WWE. So, TNA has been on his radar for years now. He went to WWE for the money but with that kind o cash probably off the table now, TNA was his best option once he decided he didn't want to announce.
