Hey guys, I was just wondering after listening to the mailbag, whatever happened to Shane Douglas? Last I remember he was in TNA with the Naturals, On that note, whatever happened to the Naturals? Last I remember of those guys one of them jumped from the top of a cage at Lockdown.
Shane Douglas has retired from wrestling, save for the occasional indy or convention appearance, and is now working outside of the industry. The Naturals left TNA and tried their luck with WWE, with little success.
Another question. I am listening to you guys discuss the "virtues" of Jake Roberts and I was wondering if WWE would pay for him to go to rehab like they did Sean Waltman a while back. I remember reading a news story where WWE was offering to pay for rehab for any wrestler that was under contract with them between such and such a date. Would Roberts qualify and if so, do you see him taking them up on their offer?
Jake Roberts did take WWE up on their offer and went into rehab with WWE footing the bill.
Sometime in 2009 do you see possibly WWE releasing DVDs on Chris Jericho, Batista and Randy Orton. To Me very likely it could happen down the line. because most of them have made them mark in WWE. Jericho the first Undispted Champion, Randy Orton 3 time and youngest WWE champion in History and Batista a 3 time WWE champion what do you think.
Of the three, Jericho would make the most sense, given the large amount of material they have on him. Batista and Orton are possibilities, but I would think more time needs to past first. That said, I haven't heard any plans for a Jericho set yet.
With Ric Flair already inducted into WWE Hall of Fame, out of all Horseman members from, Arn Anderson, Tully Blanchard, J.J. Dillion, Barry Windham, Sting, which mostly likely he will, Sycho Sid, Brian Pillman, Paul Roma, Jeff Jarrett, Ole Anderson, Steve McMichael and last but least Dean Malenko, I understand Benoit will never get inducted who do you think is likely down the line.
I would say Arn Anderson and Barry Windham are the most likely, given the length of their careers and their current involvement with WWE. Steve McMichal, Ole Anderson (who hates WWE) and Jeff Jarrett (for obvious reasons) seem the least likely to go into the Hall Of Fame anytime soon.
The night after Wrestlemania 24 Monday night on Raw when the celebration continued honoring the legend Ric Flair, among all the people who were there to pay respect, was one them former two time womens champion and one time hardcore champion formerly Molly Holly Nora Greenwald?
Yes. She attended the Hall Of Fame and all of the events that took place Wrestlemania weekend.
