I guess it's certainly possible, but the belief is that other than doing some convention appearances, Massaro is going to keep a low profile.
What's happened to Big Daddy V?Big Daddy V was given time off after a bad case of pneumonia. He's been working on dropping some weight during his hiatus and is expected to return to Smackdown once the company is ready to reintroduce him to storylines.
Whatever happened to Maven?Maven lives in the Florida area and actually visited at the first FCW taping. He's pretty much retired with the exception of a few appearances here and there and has been working on breaking into acting. I know he was doing a hosting segment on BET, but not sure if he still is.
Is there any chance that we could possibly see a Eric Bishoff return? Did he leave on bad terms with Vince? What was the real reason for his leaving ? I thought his character was alright on Raw. Your thoughts. There's always a chance that Eric Bischoff could return in some fashion. He left World Wrestling Entertainment under good terms after letting his contract expire to pursue other venues in the entertainment world. His production company with Jason Hervey, is producing the forthcoming Hulk Hogan's Celebrity Championship Wrestling and produced the Scott Baio VH-1 "reality" series that was quite good.
Given the large amount of complaints I hear (and have myself) about the TNA announcers and Mike Adamle, I've been thinking about if Tony Schiavone could fit into those equations. What has he been up to since WCW, and why did he never make it in WWE and/or TNA? I remember him being a lot better of an announcer than Tenay/West, Adamle, and possibly even Michael Cole. Your thoughts?
Tony Schiavone is currently a sports producer and does baseball announcing in the Atlanta area. He did work for WWF in the early 1990s before returning to WCW. Schiavone had a reputation for rubbing people the wrong way and wasn't considered very likeable towards the end of his WCW run. He was never much of a wrestling fan and by all accounts, is doing something he's always wanted to do by calling baseball, so I don't see him interested in a return to wrestling unless a huge paycheck was involved. If you enjoy PWInsider.com you can check out the AD-FREE PWInsider Elite section, which features exclusive audio updates, news, our critically acclaimed podcasts, interviews and more by clicking here!
