They certainly could be incorporating Undertaker's eventual return into a Kane storyline, but they could also be referring to Paul Bearer, Katie Vick, or a brand new character with the "dead or alive" comments. Kane's character has a history of reinventing his past to suit new storylines.
My question is in regards to the ratings back during the Monday Night Wars. How was the ratings derived for WCW Nitro? I ask because (if I am correct) Nitro was shown starting at 8 Eastern, 5 Pacific and then replayed right after the live event ended. Did WCW use the ratings from the live show or did they combine the ratings from the live show and the reply and is that the same case when the ratings were broke down in quarter hours.
The ratings for Nitro was strictly for the live broadcast, not the replay.
Was there a plan for Sid during his ECW run? Or was the plan random powerbombs and chokeslams? If he did more than that, I can't recall.
I'm sure there was a plan for him, but it never happened. Outside of being put through a table by Sabu at Hardcore Heaven '99, all of Sid's appearances for his five month ECW run were him beating the crap out of whoever was in the ring.
Any chance Kane could flip out on Mike Anally on ECW (maybe on ppv) like he did on Cole and Lawler? The Tazz could go solo for a while. A LONG while. Maybe in the bed next to Vince. We can only hope!
I always thought wrestlers were pretty health conscious people. That being said, I’ve been watching a ton of shoot interviews lately and notice a lot of wrestlers, including Shawn Michaels and Joey Matthews are chewing tobacco during the shoots. This has to be one of the most unhealthy things you can possibly put to your body. That stuff is known to cause tongue and lip cancer, among other things. Do they chew it just because they enjoy it, or is there another reason? It seems a TON of wrestlers do this.
Most do it just because they enjoy it. A few wrestlers have noted to me that they do it instead of smoking, since smoking is prohibited in a lot of buildings they spend most of their days in. Some do it because of the amount of "downtime" they spend in buildings and driving on the road.
