PWINSIDER Q&A: WHERE'S SHARMELL, HULK'S COMMENTS ON JOHN GRAZIANO, RIC FLAIR CARRYING THE NWA TITLE ON WWE TV, WILLIAM REGAL & MORE

By Mike Johnson on 2008-06-01 10:00:00
I was wondering the status of William Regal? Is the push over with him? Do you
think Vince might give him a second chance? Are we looking at a new Raw manager?

I think it's pretty safe to say that William Regal's recent suspension has killed his push.  It's possible that WWE will give him another chance and bring him back, but I don't see him getting the push that he was receiving before the drug test failure anytime soon.

I saw Booker T last night on TNA Impact! Where was Sharmell? Why wasn't she out there with her husband? What are the current plans for her? Any chance of Sharmell taking part in any matches? Is anything wrong?

No, but with TNA turning Booker heel, it makes sense to keep her out of the limelight until she's needed to interfere in a big match, especially when he's aligned with so many other heels right now.

I believe the Raw before Wrestlemania when Ric Flair and Shawn Michaels  were  in the ring together Flair took out his copy of the NWA World Heavyweight title. Now my question is did the WWE have to get permission from the NWA to let Flair do this or since WWE owns footage of other NWA Champs wearing the belt  that makes it ok for WWE to show the belt when they  want?

WWE didn't ask for permission.  Trust me, the NWA was happy for the recognition!

What disparaging remarks did Hulk Hogan say about John Graziana and what
context was it in?

As we reported on the site, a conversation between Hulk and Nick Hogan was taped after Nick was incarcerated with Hulk commenting, "God laid some heavy sh** on that dude" and that he didn't know what John was "into" to have that brought down on him.  Nick responded, "John was a negative person."  Obviously, neither are going to look like Saintly patrons concerned for Graziano's well being after that.

A 2-parter about TNA (Since these are basically the only two potentially interesting things there):

1 - Eric Young looking for Elvis in "Memphis"... am I getting my hopes up for a
Honky Tonk Man appearance?
2. Booker T. in King of the Mountain... are there any plans for a title win and
the return of KING BBBOOOOKKKAAAAAHHH?

I don't see Honkytonk or the King Booker character popping up, but there's always a possibility for a Booker T title win, especially since the following PPV is in Booker's hometown of Houston, TX and there's been talk of a Booker vs. Joe bout there.
