PWINSIDER Q&A: TRIPLE H ENTRANCE FOUNTAIN, UNDESERVING WORLD CHAMPIONS, JEFF HARDY AND MORE

What is the story/origin of the Triple H Entrance Fountain (water-spitting routine)?

He turned on the sprinkler outside his house one day, and said "That gives me an idea....."  Seriously, it's just a cool entrance he came up with, and later timed it to his ring music.  There's really no backstory to it that I have heard of.

Do you think it's a good idea to, sometime in the near future while Ric Flair is still alive, for him to pass down the Nature Boy name and gimmick to a young wrestler just as Buddy Rose did to him? This would keep the lineage of the legends Rose and Flair alive for the future, and help establish a good young wrestler. An idea could be for some young cocky kid to start calling himself the Nature Boy and somehow battle Flair, or for Flair to manage a new protégé.

First of all, it was Buddy Rogers who was the original Nature Boy.  Some people might get very upset to hear you mix him up with the creator of the "Blow Away Diet".  Anyway, I don't think it is a good idea to have anyone take on the "Nature Boy" moniker, even with Flair's endorsement. There's just no way any wrestler could live up to the name.

Besides the Great Khali, who else do you think has been completely undeserving of the world championship in WWE and WCW histories?

Well, David Arquette, Vince Russo and Vince McMahon immediately spring to mind.

What is your opinion on whether Jeff Hardy will continue his push once he comes back? I know he was being groomed for a title run and personally I would have liked to see a fresh face holding the belt, but since this latest incident, do you think he will be dropped in status on the roster?

I don't see how Hardy can be pushed to the WWE Title, seeing as he is "one strike" away from being fired.  I can see him getting back on TV, and after some time getting pushed again into featured feuds and programs.  But for him to get the strap, he's going to have to show, over a long period (say at least a year) that he isn't going to screw up again.

With ECW recently ending with no commentary and Raw ending with no picture, if they combine the 2 idea's will we have the best piece of WWE programming in the last few months ?

Cute, but the best piece of WWE programming is usually on Friday nights and features some good matches by overlooked talents.
