PWINSIDER Q&A: UNDERTAKER, JIM CORNETTE, SUPERSTAR GRAHAM AND MORE

Do you think the Undertaker may be a little too protective of his character? I mean can't he at least step out of character long enough to sit with the other superstars during the Hall of Fame ceremony or to even come out on Raw & salute Ric Flair with every one else on camera & not AFTER the show?

I don't see a big problem with it.  Undertaker has put years into his character, he has every right to be protective of it.  Besides, it's not like he didn't pay tribute to Ric Flair at all, and considering the WWE cameras were still rolling, I would not be surprised to see the footage end up on a DVD at some point.

I read where the WWE banned wrestlers from TNA from the hotel where they were staying for Wrestlemania 24 and other functions. Can they do that? Isn't a hotel considered a public place? Does this mean that a wrestler from TNA, male or female, cannot visit or have dinner with someone, a friend lets say, that just happens to wrestle for a competing wrestling organization?

When WWE pays to rent out the hotel, they pretty much have turned it into WWE property for the weekend, and thus can make such demands.  WWE obviously didn't want TNA using Wrestlemania as an opportunity to publicize themselves (not that it stopped them) and figured keeping the talent separated would help them achieve that goal.  Of course, WWE pretty much had a double-standard going on that weekend, as Kevin Nash, a TNA performer, was more than welcome backstage at Wrestlemania.

I noticed that TNA's Jim Cornette no longer carries a tennis racket he is so famous for. Why is that and what is his official title with TNA?

The tennis racket can still be spotted in his office at times, but really, the tennis racket is representative of the old Jim Cornette, wrestling manager.  Now, he is Jim Cornette, "management director" for TNA.

Has Superstar Billy Graham ever been inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame?

Yes. He was inducted in 2004 by Triple H. It was the first Hall Of Fame ceremony to be released on DVD.

Assuming Samoa Joe defeats Kurt Angle for the TNA title at Lockdown, do you know if the plans are for Joe to have a long title reign? Or will he wind up holding it as long as Sting did in his two title reigns?

First, let's get the title on Samoa Joe, because where TNA is concerned, I'm never convinced they are going to do the right thing by him in their booking.  Hopefully, they will let Joe have a nice run with the belt and establish him as the top star he probably should have been positioned as a year or two ago.
