PWINSIDER Q&A: FLAIR VS. UNDERTAKER, HALL OF FAME, WRESTLEMANIA AND MORE

Assuming that Ric Flair is going to lose his match at Wrestlemania and be "forced" to retire, do you think the man to do the honors and beat him should be Undertaker at Wrestlemania? Reason is, they could promote it as a Career Ending Match vs. Taker's Winning Streak at Wrestlemania. I think that those two could put on a good match with each other for what it's worth if given the setting. Also, if and when Ric DOES finally lose that match and "retires" do you think that he would have a lifetime job with the WWE if he wanted it as a road agent or a behind the scenes kind of guy?

I loved the Ric Flair vs. Undertaker Wrestlemania match from a few years ago, but I highly doubt WWE will go for an encore for Flair's final match, simple because they've already had a classic Wrestlemania match together.  If and when Flair does retire, I am sure WWE will have a role for him in the company for as long as he would like.

Here's a question about the Boogeyman (aka Marty Wright). Back last year, I recalled reading on PWInsider.com how the WWE released him because he had not applied himself to getting back into ring shape or improving his wrestling skills. However, 2-3 days later, your site had reported that he was rehired and that Booker T had volunteered to train him down in his wrestling school as a means to get him ready to return. I know I recently read on here that Boogeyman is out of action due to another injury and his last appearance was on RAW during the DX segment a couple of months ago. Do you feel that since Booker T was released from the WWE that the deal the Boogeyman had to hone his skills are now null and void and his days are numbered as a contracted performer?

I don't know what the Boogeyman's status is, although obviously he has not been used since the DX skit you mentioned.  I haven't heard anything about him being released, but obviously if he is, Booker T won't be able to get him his job back this time.

I wanted to know is that who do you think will be in this years WWE Hall of Fame of 2008?

Obviously, everyone is expecting Ric Flair to go in as part of a retirement storyline, but nothing is confirmed yet.  Personally, I think it is long past time for Ricky Steamboat to go in.  I was really surprised that Steamboat didn't go in last year, as it was the 20th anniversary of his classic Wrestlemania III win over Randy Savage.

Who do you think might main event this years Wrestlemania?

I would think Undertaker vs. Edge, but obviously Randy Orton, Triple H, Jeff Hardy, Shawn Michaels and Batista all have a shot at getting in there as well.

When if ever is Candice Michelle coming back to Raw?

Candice is starting to do appearances for Go Daddy again, so I imagine it won't be long before she is ready to return. I would expect her back in the ring after the Royal Rumble.
