If you could build the perfect wrestler, which parts of current and former wrestlers would you use? i.e The Rock's Charisma?

I'd take Andre The Giant and give him Roddy Piper's personality, Terry Funk's knowledge, and Kenta Kobashi's workrate.  

Doesn't having RVD beat Santino in like 20 seconds make Y2J look even more like a mid card, nothing special, guy instead of the show changer  they were setting him up to be?

I guess that depends on what you think of RVD in the first place.  Some people would see RVD as being on a higher level than Jericho, so it is no surprise he beat Santino easier.  Personally, I think WWE is paying for a short sighted mistake.  Jericho obviously wanted a match where he could show off his in-ring skills and WWE gave him Santino.  However, given Santino gets killed by RVD and Ron Simmons, WWE really should have given Jericho a different performer to work with for a longer match. 

I was reading your Raw 15th Anniversary Show Report. During the Battle Royale Thoughts you said the final three participants were all WWE employees...Sgt. Slaughter, I.R.S, and Skinner. I was aware of Slaughter and I.R.S. being employed. What is Skinner's role with the company? Thanks in advance.

Skinner, aka Steve Keirn, is involved with WWE's developmental territory, Florida Championship Wrestling.

Is WWE management happy with the man who plays the character of Hornswoggle? I guess, there are some standards similar to "normal members of the roster".

I'm not sure what you mean about "normal members", since Hornswoggle isn't treated differently because of his role on the show.  WWE is very happy with Hornswoggle's work, as he has taken a simple sidekick role and become a fairly popular character. 

Just wondering why on some wrestling sites you get link's like these at the bottom, where no way in hell, they would be true "Huge Surprise Leaked for Raw: Rock & Bret Hart Arrive Secretly! Details Here!"

The site is obviously trying to get ad money by getting you to give in to curiosity and click on the link and go to whatever page it leads to. My suggestion would be that once you've been burned by a site like that, don't waste time going back there.
