PWINSIDER Q&A: STEPHANIE IN PLAYBOY, ROYAL RUMBLE, CHAVO GUERRERO AND MORE

By Buck Woodward on 2007-10-13 10:00:00

Do you think Stephanie McMahon will ever post for Playboy?

Probably not.  I'm not saying she never would, but as she gets older, I think the chances grow less and less likely.

WWE always makes a big deal out of who gets the #30 spot every year in the Rumble match. I'm just curious, has any wrestler who's drew #30 actually ever won the rumble?

Only one wrestler who has drawn number thirty has ever won the Rumble, and that was the Undertaker last year.  I always thought it would be funny if they booked the Rumble so that everyone else was eliminated before number thirty came out.  Then that wrestler could just walk into the ring and be declared the winner.

What was the name of the music that Chavo Guerrero used during his time in WCW and during his early days with the WWE before the "Lie, Cheat, and Steal" Gimmick?  I just remember it being drums with a trumpet playing in the background.

That was just generic music created for him by WCW, I believe.

What was the deal with Jim Cornette's racket? Was there a storyline behind it? What's the racket's bio?

When Cornette started his managerial career, he assumed the role of a "spoiled rich kid". He wanted to have some sort of weapon (as much to defend himself from fans as to use in the ring), and wanted something that matched the persona of being a rich kid. Thus, the tennis racket. It became his trademark, and has stuck with him to this day. In fact, he is so associated with it, that if anyone else uses a tennis racket in a match, Cornette immediately comes to mind.
