I've heard that with the signings of more and more heavyweights, TNA ist going to phase out the X Divison. Do you know, if these rumors are true?
I wouldn't put any stock in those rumors. The X-Division has provided TNA with the best match in company history (the No Surrender PPV main event of Samoa Joe vs. AJ Styles vs. Christopher Daniels) and has allowed the company to promote a different dimension in comparison to WWE. I just don't see them dismissing five years of their "calling card."
I always thought that Razor Ramon had a good WWF run but considering the Kliq's control at the time why didn't Hall push to become champion since HHH, HBK and even Nash were champs at some point.
No matter how much power the Kliq had, Vince McMahon always had final say over the WWF title and I don't think anyone would have thought Hall was of the level of carrying the belt in the way of Michaels or Bret Hart (the other top name during that period). While Nash didn't have the in-ring skills of the aforementioned, his huge size and charisma overwhelmed that and allowed him to be the larger than life character that WWF always preferred. Hall didn't have that.
The night after Wrestlemania 14, X-Pac came back into the WWF and cut a promo on Hulk Hogan which was a little weird to me considering he was in Hogan's nWo. So why did Waltman have animosity at Hogan, did Hogan hold him back in WCW?
It was a scripted promo designed to help get DX over as the rebellious crew, so everything Waltman said was done to garner the biggest reaction towards that goal. It was just another day at the office during that period and not something specifically said towards Hogan by Waltman. Now, whether it was a shot scripted by WWF to Hogan via Waltman's lips, that's another story....
Are the WWE Divas also tested for drugs as part of the Wellness Program?
Of course, as are the referees. They are all performers and held to the same standard.
WWE gave Mistico a tryout before a show in California awhile back where he worked out in the ring with Dean Malenko and impressed, but he's currently under a deal to CMLL in Mexico, so they couldn't sign him without some legal entanglements coming from it. I wouldn't be shocked to see them make a play for him down the line.
