Why doesn't the ECW have a secondary or tag team belts and why is there no real women/cruiserweight wrestling going on?

With only one hour of television, and a relatively small roster, it doesn't make much sense to have another championship on the program at this time.  As for women and cruiserweight wrestling, Raw features one women's match a week (which, given the number of active female wrestlers on Raw, is about all you can reasonably expect) and recently Smackdown has featured one Cruiserweight match a week on their broadcasts. 

Ridiculous question of the Day: With hotel heiress Paris Hilton having been in the news lately, has the WWE shown any interest in contacting her into doing something with Torrie Wilson?

Not that I've heard of.  Personally, I would love to see it, just to see what kind of chants fans would serenade Paris with! 

What is the former Olympic weightlifter/wrestler Ken Patera doing these days? Is he still involved in wrestling?

Patera still occasionally appears at independent wrestling events and wrestling conventions. 

When will the next WWE Hall of Fame inductions take place? Who is seriously considered next to be inducted?

The Hall Of Fame inductions take place the Saturday before Wrestlemania. Obviously, with rumors of his impending retirement, Ric Flair is the forerunner to be inducted.  In fact, I am of the opinion (and I'm not alone) that Flair should be the sole inductee into the Hall Of Fame next year, with the whole ceremony devoted to Flair's career. 

Hiya, I've just watched the Hall of Fame WWE show on Gorilla Monsoon and I had no idea how much of an amazing wrestler he was! Boxing with Andre!? Taking on Ali!? Why is there no Gorilla Monsoon WWE DVD? Were the matches with Ali and Andre works? I'm so amazed! Don't you think it would be awesome and a great seller? All these amazing matches WWE haven't shown us 90's fans and all the clips we grew up and loved with the Gorilia and The Brain Bobby Heenan!

Well, to be honest, the boxing match with Andre was rather plodding and dull (and I'm a HUGE Andre fan).  The Ali bit was a short angle where Monsoon gave Ali an airplane spin, and wasn't a match.  Neither event was a shoot.  As for a Monsoon DVD, I don't see it having enough mainstream appeal, but perhaps Monsoon could be included in a "legends" set in the future.
