PWINSIDER Q&A: DIXIE CARTER IN THE RING?, WOMEN OF WWE DVD, CHRIS HARRIS AND MORE

You're probably not big fans of "what-if" questions, but I've been thinking about this one. Had Triple H not torn his quad in 2001, do you think that the Invasion angle would have been handled totally differently. The week after Triple H injured himself, Lance Storm interfered in a match, which was the first WCW presence on Raw. Was this the plan all along, or was this just rushed booking? Also, if Triple H was still around, do you think Stephanie would have been placed as the ECW owner? It always seemed that she became the ECW owner because she didn't have any other spot on TV.

You're right, I'm not a big fan of "what if" questions.  In all honesty though, I don't think Triple H being involved would have made that much of a difference in how the Invasion was handled.  Sure, some matches would have been different, but in the end, Vince McMahon would have felt the need to "supplement" the WCW/ECW roster with WWF performers, and the Alliance would have been crushed just the same.

With the Draft happening Monday night, do you think that instead of some of the wrestlers dreading they'd be sent to SmackDown! (since it is considered to be the "B" show) do you think that most of the wrestlers are now dreading that they'll be sent to ECW (since I guess it would be considered the "C" show)?

I don't know if being sent to Smackdown or ECW is that much worse than being sent to Raw, where you're pretty much guaranteed to play second fiddle to John Cena, Triple H and the ghost of Mr. McMahon.  I think the wrestlers are much more worried about not being used at all, and sitting at home rather than getting to wrestle, regardless of the brand they are on.

Is Chris Harris the older or younger brother of Ron & Don?

No, he is not related to the Harris Twins.

What do you think of a future DVD featuring the women of the WWF/WWE? It would feature a brief history of women wrestlers in its history. Matches featuring women such as Desiree Peterson, Penny Mitchell, Princess Victoria, Velvet McIntyre, the legendary Moolah, Wendi Richter, Madusa, Trish Stratus, Molly Holly, Victoria and Ivory, just to name a few. Interviews with past and current stars. Possible?

I think it would be a great DVD.  I'd love to see WWE put the time and effort in to interview some of the legends, like Moolah and Mae Young, and go through the years, interviewing notables like Lelani Kai and Sherri Martel, and also get comments from current stars like Mickie James and Melina.  I wouldn't expect any Wendi Richter or Madusa interviews though.  Still, it could be a fascinating set.  HOWEVER, WWE would probably sooner release another dozen lingerie/swimsuit DVDs of the current Divas, knowing they will sell, than put the time and effort into what could be just a niche release.

Has there ever, ever been any suggestion of TNA president Dixie Carter actually wrestling in a match like Stephanie McMahon?

Nope.  Well, only if someone was joking around in a TNA booking meeting one day.
