PWINSIDER Q&A: JEFF JARRETT IN TNA, HULK HOGAN AT WRESTLEMANIA, WOMEN ON SMACKDOWN AND MORE

Do you know when Jeff Jarrett is set to return to the TNA active roster? Are they waiting until TNA gets a two hour time slot? When do you feel would be the right time to bring him back?

I have heard no talk of Jeff Jarrett returning to the active roster.  Personally, I think Jarrett is doing the right thing by sitting out at the moment.  I would wait until at least a year has passed, and only then would I start considering a return.  To throw him back in the top mix now really wouldn't accomplish anything, other than giving them more matches to hotshot as main events.

What's the deal with Hulk Hogan? Why isn't he going to be at Wrestlemania 23. It can't just be over some stupid radio list appearance? This is madness! He obviously is gone as all his stuff is on sale in WWE shop. Its nuts if you ask me. He wasn't at Mania 20 or 22 and now we get this bull on the 20 year anniversary of the Andre slam. How can WWE do this to their fans, its junk. They have no respect.

Hulk Hogan had a falling out with Vince McMahon, and it isn't strictly because of the radio show incident (although that didn't win Hogan any friends at WWE).  Obviously, WWE and Hogan couldn't come to an agreement on his role, pay, etc. and so they've reached an impasse.  It isn't like this hasn't happened before.  While WWE has to take responsibility, Hogan isn't blameless either.  Personally, I think it would have been nice for Hogan to make an appearance for the 20th anniversary of the biggest match of his career, but it does not look to be the case at this time.

With Hulk Hogan apparently out of the WrestleMania picture, wouldn't it be perfect, if they give Bobby Lashley the match (and win) over The Great Khali at WrestleMania? 

That does appear to be the direction they are heading in, and if that is the case, I certainly hope Lashley gets the win.  While he is green, he certainly has a lot more potential as a future star for WWE than Khali. 

Do you know anything about the plans for Mr. Kennedy at WrestleMania? I think, Kennedy is going to be great an the next breakthrough superstar for WWE. I don't hope, that he gets a match (and meaningless win) over Mick Foley.

I haven't heard of any plans for Kennedy at Wrestlemania yet.  WWE just got their main event picture figured out, and we still have a Smackdown PPV to get through before the Wrestlemania undercard is finalized.  I hope he gets an opponent that he can have a competitive match with to give him a "breakthrough" performance.  While Mick Foley often delivers at Wrestlemania, I think the bloom is off the rose where his "comebacks" are concerned.   There's just been too many of them in recent years, so they have become less meaningful. 

Unlike Raw, Smackdown doesn't feature a women's match every week. Why is that?

For starters, there is no Women's Championship on the Smackdown brand, so what would the women be working towards?  Of the eight women on Smackdown, one is out injured (Michelle McCool) and four don't wrestle (Vickie Guerrero, Queen Sharmell, Maryse, Cherry).  So, that leaves Jillian Hall and the relatively inexperienced Kristal and Ashley as the only women who could wrestle.  If they had matches every week, you'd be repeating every possible combination over and over again.
