When TNA first launched their company, did TNA Management ever try to hire Joey Styles when he was not working for WWE?. Cause having to hear Tenay & West every week is mind numbing.

Personally, I think Mike Tenay does a very good job as an announcer, even though TNA's new "crash TV" format seems to result in him having to yell for most of the show as every segment starts, peaks, and ends in three minutes.  I don't recall them ever approaching Joey Styles, as Tenay has been their guy since day one. 

About a month ago, it was reported 2 Cold Scorpio resigned with the WWE. However, I have yet to see him on any television shows. Any word on where this is going?

Scorpio is penciled in to be part of the Smackdown brand as Flash Funk, but until he debuts on television, I suppose there is a chance they will put him on one of the other brands.  So far, he has only wrestled on a handful of Smackdown brand house shows overseas. 

When is Mark Henry due back?

Mark Henry tore his patella tendon completely off the bone, and also split his knee completely in two during a six man tag bout on Saturday Night's Main Event in Dallas, Texas when he charged into the corner and hit his knee on the turnbuckle last summer.  He underwent surgery on July 19th under Dr. James Andrews and was not expected to return to the ring for at least eight months, which would be in the area of March 2007. However, given the severity of the injury, I wouldn't expect him back until late summer at the earliest. 

Outside of women-oriented wrestling alliances such as GLOW, has there ever been a women's championship tag team?

I assume you mean in North America, as there have been numerous Japanese based tag titles for women.  The answer is yes, although the last time a woman's tag title was in the national spotlight in North America was back when the Jumping Bomb Angels and the Glamour Girls were feuding over the WWF Women's Tag Team Title in the late 80's. 

Usually this time of year we can already predict who will win the Royal Rumble? Any idea on who is going to win the Rumble match this year?

This is just me guessing, but if John Cena is NOT the WWE Champion at the time of the Rumble, I would pick him to win it.  If not him, my top picks would be Edge, Great Khali or Undertaker.
