PWINSIDER Q&A: PAUL HEYMAN, BIG SHOW, JUSTIN CREDIBLE AND MORE

Do you see Paul Heyman and/or Big Show jumping to TNA? I hope Heyman does, I think he can give TNA the edge they are lacking.

Anything is possible in wrestling, but I don't see either scenario happening in the near future.  TNA just had a creative shakeup, and I can't see them making a major change again so quickly, even though I would like to see Heyman involved there.  As for Big Show, WWE made him a very wealthy man, and if he is going to wrestle again, I see WWE being his first choice.

What is going on in WWE? In the last few months we have seen Trish, Lita, Show and Heyman all gone. Now, I know Lita and Trish are both no longer under contract but what about Show and Heyman? Are they really both leaving or if this just part of a storyline? I remember back in 1999, WWE announced that Show had signed a 10 year deal and didn't Heyman just recently sign a new deal?

As we've reported here on the site, Big Show and Heyman's departures are not storylines.  From what I understand, Heyman is contractually free and clear right now.  Big Show's contract expires at some point next year, according to some sources.

I was wondering, what is Justin Credible's relationship with HHH? I remember reading that he was a part time member of the "Clique". So why did HHH never push to have him successful? I certainly think he had all the tools, like he did in the original ECW but he was never given the chance.

From what I understand, Credible was far more close to Scott Hall and Kevin Nash than he was Triple H or Shawn Michaels. I agree that Credible probably could have been used a lot better in WWE, but that could be said for a lot of guys there.

When will WWE buy the Mid South wrestling library?

To be blunt, when Bill Watts' ex-wife gets reasonable with her price.  She got the rights to the tapes in their divorce, and apparently WWE has been in contact with her about it, but her demands are too great.

Ok, so we all agree that Vince and WWE Creative are trying to destroy the ECW brand. My question is, why? I would think that a company would want an investment to do the best it could do...but they seem determined for ECW to fail. It doesn't make sense to me. Any thoughts?

I don't think WWE wants to destroy the ECW brand.  I just think certain people within WWE didn't want to see it succeed with Paul Heyman as the creative force behind it.  It will be interesting to see how WWE handles the brand now that Heyman is gone.
