The next bout is Christian and Trish Stratus taking on Chris Jericho in a handicap match. Jerry Lawler said Christian and Trish were the hottest couple in the world, saying they were hotter than Jessica Simpson and Nick Lashey. Does that mean we'll see Christian and Trish hosting a variety special. Jericho was announced as "a native of Winnipeg, Manitoba Canada" when he came to the ring. Jericho and Trish talked trash and Christian got in Jericho's face, slapping him. Jericho slapped him down and chased Stratus around the ring. Jericho hit a back bodydrop on Christian. The crowd was all over Stratus, who was making her Canadian return for the first time since turning heel. Jericho turned his back in Christian and got clubbed from behind. Jericho fought back and hit a springboard off the turnbuckle, dropkicking Christian to the floor. Trish tried to attack Jericho from behind but he caught her. She backed off. Christian tried to do the same but got caught off as well. Jericho hit a reverse elbow off the top rope for a near fall on Christian. Christian whipped Jericho into the ropes, where he knocked Stratus off the apron. A replay showed Stratus tried to attack Jericho as he rebounded and was knocked off by his momentum. Christian knocked Jericho outside the ring. Christian tagged in Stratus. He held Jericho while she slapped him across the face. Christian tagged back in and worked over Jericho with a snapmare and tore at his face. He locked in a reverse chinlock. The crowd chanted for Jericho. Christian sent Jericho into the turnbuckles, but when Jericho feel he headbutt Christian low. Christian was rolled up for a two count. Jericho took down Christian for several near falls. Christian went for the Unprettier but Jericho reversed it into a Northern Lights suplex for a near fall. Jericho went to the ropes but Stratus slapped him. Christian hit a reverse DDT off the turnbuckles for a near fall. Christian began slapping Jericho. There were audio problems with the broadcast as the volume kept dying out. Trish got involved and ended up getting spanked by Jericho. Christian grabbed Jericho and hit the Unprettier. He tagged in Trish as he had promised but Jericho kicked up at two. Christian tagged in and was unable to get the pin either. Trish hit the ring to interfere but collided with Christian, who then collided with Jericho. The referee counted everyone out but Jericho and Christian got up at 9. Jericho and Christian battled. Christian drove a running knee into the back of Christian who was draped on the ropes and hit a bulldog. Jericho went for the lionsault but Christian got his knees up. Christian locked in a Texas Cloverleaf. Jericho reversed it and went for the Walls of Jericho. Trish hit the ring but Jericho grabbed her and tried to turn her over into the Walls. Christian rolled up Jericho for a near fall. Christian was catapulted into Stratus in the corner. Jericho hit a running enziguiri on Christian for the pin. Jericho stared at them as he left the ring and walked to the back. The winner of the match, Chris Jericho!
