The Puroresu Spirit website reported today that as of 10/1, ownership of Pro Wrestling NOAH will be transferred to Estbee, Ltd. Estbee is a Japanese IT company.
Masayuki Uchida will be taking over the role as the president of the promotion and Yosuke Fuwa will be the new representing director. Akira Taue, who had been overseeing the company, will remain an advisor and consultant.
NOAH has struggled in the years since the passing of its founder Mitsuharu Misawa.
