Criminal justice website www.TheSmokingGun.com has published excerpts from several documents in regard to the Chris Benoit tragedy, most notably the indictment of Dr. Phil Astin, Benoit's physician today in federal court.
Of note in the documents is that Dr. Astin arrived at his office with Chris Benoit's medical records as they were raiding the office. Astin stated he was coming from his mother's residence with the records, which is likely what led to additional searches at that location, seeking any Benoit records that may have been discarded or destroyed.
