TNA IMPACT THOUGHTS, TNA NOTES & NEWS

By Mike Johnson on 2007-06-29 16:11:00

If you missed it last night, I would advise going out of your way to catch the replay of Impact featuring Kurt Angle defending the TNA championship vs. Rhino and Christian Cage in a Three-Way Dance.  It was the longest match in the history of the company and easily the best match ever presented on Impact.  I think the company has had better matches on PPV but for what this was meant to be, it was a great departure from the usual three minute in and out of Impact segments.  The only thing I would have done differently is I would have had a clean finish at the end.  You can have all the chaos and carnage in the midst of the match but when you are trying to do something special, it should start and end with a wrestling move in my opinion.  Still, if you get the chance, tape, DVR, or watch the replay.  It's a fun hour.

The Chicago Sun-Times had a mention today that Dale Torborg and AJ Pierzynski would likely do something with TNA again once the off-season hits.

The latest edition of TNA Today featuring Alex Shelley & Chris Sabin vs. LAX is now online at www.TNAWrestling.com.

Our friends at www.ringsidecollectibles.com sent word that the latest set of TNA action figure two-packs are now available for order consisting of Homicide vs. Christopher Daniels, Chris Sabin vs. Kevin Nash (wow, remember that awful feud?) and Christian Cage vs. Rhino.

Mike Gernand sent word that he's already spotted the Lockdown 2007 DVD out at Best Buys.
