I have seen a few newspapers/news sources pick up the Donald Trump appearance from last night's Raw. Both WWE and Trump are hoping for a much bigger media blitz from the angle. NBC is hoping for more of a buzz for Trump's show "The Apprentice", which is down in the ratings from its past editions.
The 1/26 edition of Smackdown ended up doing a 2.7 broadcast rating, with a 4.6 share.

Jonathan Rickert sent this one. ... I read in one of your reports that Trish Stratus would be doing a Wrestlemania party, and going out to dinner with a few wrestling fans after the show. The party is going to be held at the Olympic Gardens strip club here in Las Vegas. Kip James was at the OG last night, and Dustin Rhodes was at the last PPV. I got a nice pic w/Goldust and Rico (a taxi authority cop here) when Rico came in to say hi to Goldy. They announced the party (the place is going to be packed that day) and everyone went pretty nuts with the announcement. So if anyone is in town that weekend they definitely need to come on down to the OG.
Steven Fernandes sent this update to an earlier story. ... WWE.com has added Jake 'The Snake' Roberts to their 'Where are they now?' section. They mention he still makes independent wrestling appearances around the world and has also taken up competitive fishing. Also, they mention that in addition to Honky Tonk Man, Clarence Mason will also be profiled Feb. 7th.
