COUNTDOWN TO UNDER SIEGE

Rhino vs. VSK

Rhino showed his power early, slamming VSK on the apron outside.  VSK gained control but soon fell victim to a Gore.   Solid, short opener.

Your winner, VSK!

Ace Austin was interviewed by Gia Miller.  Chris Bey was not there to be there tonight to watch his back, but that's OK because he's someone who can make his own luck.  He won't have a problem finding anyone to celebrate with.

The Batiri vs. The FBI's Ray Jaz & Zack Clayton with Little Guido.

The Batiri are longtime CHIKARA regulars from when that promotion existed.  Clayton used his power early to toss them around.   Jaz hit the Sicilian Slice off the ropes for a two count.   He followed up with a spinkick.  The Batiri cut off Jaz and then knocked Clayton off the apron.  Jaz was double-teamed but kept kicking up.  The Batiri worked over Jaz, who escaped a double suplex and tagged in Clayton.

Clayton nailed some big uppercuts and caught Obariyon coming off the ropes with a powerslam but Kodama broke it up.  Clayton and Jaz gained control and Clayton nailed a massive elbow for the pin.

Your winners, The FBI!

TNA Digital Media Champion Laredo Kid vs. KC Navarro.

Navarro has been a standout in the NYC independent scene.

The story is that Laredo will offered to put the title up despite the changes.

They went back and forth before facing off.  The fans chanted for Lucha.  Kid nailed several dropkicks, sending Navarro to the outside.  Laredo kicked him and nailed a beautiful Asai Moonsault into the entrance aisle.  He tossed Navarro back into the ring and covered him for a two count.   Laredo nailed several chops and sent Navarro into the corner.    Navarro caught him with an elbow as he charged and went after him with some nice offense.  He was elevated but snapped a great dropkick in mid-air.

Navarro went for a sliding kick to the outside but Laredo avoided it.  They battled on the floor.  Navarro drilled him and scored a two count.  Navarro attacked Laredo's back but was caught with a clothesline.  Kid nailed a leaping forearm into the corner and nailed a senton.  He drilled Navarro with a second, but Navarro kicked up.  Navarro came back with a boot wash to the face and a DDT for a close two count.  Navarro has looked very good.

They battled to the top, where Kid nailed a Spanish Fly and scored the pin.

Your winner and still Digital Media Champion, Laredo Kid!

Good match.

They aired a video on Broken Matt Hardy coming to TNA and joining the six man tag team main event tonight.

TNA UNDER SIEGE 2024

Frankie Kazarian & Steve Maclin vs. Eric Young & Josh Alexander.

Eric Young is wearing head gear similar to Alexander due to his ear injury last month.  Alexander and Kazarian battled back and forth early.   Usual good action you'd expect.  Kazarian scored a two count after a Side Russian Legsweep.  Maclin and Kazarian tagged in and out, working over Alexander.  Young tried to get into the ring to assist but was prevented by the referee.  Alexander fired back but was cut off with an elbow.  Kazarian rained down with right hands on the mat.

They continued to work over Alexander, nailing a double suplex for a two count.    Kaz and Maclin attacked Young on the floor, leaving Alexander with no one to tag out.  Alexander caught Kazarian on the top and nailed a belly to belly superplex.    Young finally scored the hot tag and cleaned house.  He nailed a DVDR into a neck breaker and then went after Kazarian as he attempted to break up the pinfall.   Maclin attacked Young.  Alexander began dishing out German suplexes.  Young went to go for a moonsault but Maclin drilled him and crotched him.  He set up Young and nailed the Crosshairs in the corner, scoring a two count.  Good match.

Young was placed on the top by Maclin but Alexander nailed him from behind.  Alexander nailed a powerbomb acros the knee and attempted the C4 Spike.  Maclin escaped and nailed an Angle Slam.  Young came off the top with a flying elbow to break up the pinfall.  Kazarian and Young finally battled.  Young nailed The Lou Thesz Press.  He went for a piledriver but Kazarian escaped and went for the chicken wing. Young went for the piledriver but Maclin attacked.  Maclin accidentally nailed his own partner with a big knee.

Alexander nailed a pescado to the floor on Maclin.  Young nailed a piledriver on Kaz and scored the pin.

Your winners, Josh Alexander and Eric Young!

Real good opener.

The PPV is sponsored by a film, Impulse.  They aired a trailer.

Tom Hannifan and Matthew Rehwoldt ran down the card.
